Thanks to everyone that stopped by and picked up a book, business card, or just said ‘hi.’ It’s always great to get to see everyone.
This year was a fantastic year. I was able to meet John G. Hartness, a writer that you should definitely check out if you haven’t already. His works include Bubba the Monster Hunter (a personal favorite), the Black Knight Chronicles, and Quincy Harker Demon Hunter, check out his fun works.
I also got to spend some time talking with Disney great Tad Stones, creator of Darkwing Duck, whose other credits include, Chip n’ Dale’s Rescue Rangers, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, the Aladdin tv show, and the animated Hellboy feature films. Not only was he a lot of fun to talk to and get some background information, when I bumped into him at his table, he was drawing Darkwing himself. Now, I have this original piece in my collection.

I am the terror that flaps in the night.
And as always there was a lot of jaw-dropping costumes. Since I spent most of my time in the art show, I wasn’t able to take pictures of them as they walked through, but just google Dragoncon 2017, and you’ll find a lot of pictures I’m sure. To all my con buddies that I didn’t get to see this year, there will be other cons and there is always next year.
Thanks for reading, and keep checking back for other places where I’ll be.
